on the Osa Peninsula in Costa Rica

NEW DATES ~ TBA

Walk towards what you dont know, and the moon will take you there.” ~ Kathleen Jesme

Through the portal of the Full Moon we’re called to Luna Lodge, a luscious eco-resort and wellness retreat on the Osa Peninsula in southern Costa Rica. Here in the jungle overlooking the sea, we’ll lose ourselves to the wild nature within and all around us during a week of deep re-sourcing and renewal.

This exotic peninsula teeming with wildlife is home to at least half of all species living in Costa Rica, including jaguars, sloths, monkeys, and macaws. Hiking trails weave through Luna Lodge’s landscape to natural waterfalls and swimming holes. With no excess electricity, noise or light pollution, Luna Lodge is the perfect place to stargaze and moon bathe, breathe in and listen to the sounds and rhythms of the rainforest. Here, we will drop in to the depths of our bodies and souls, connecting with what yearns for renewal.

We invite you to join us for an inspiring and enchanted week of sunrise yoga, breath work and meditation; to write each morning to the trill of birds in an intimate sacred circle, witnessing and reflecting each other; express our inner and outer realms through art; and explore mystical and enchanting evenings in our surroundings, including “Forest Bathing,” known as “Shinrin-Yoku,” a Japanese relaxation practice to reconnect with nature, with your body, your senses, feelings and emotions. Together we will remember we are our most radiant female selves when we honor our natural rhythms, attune to the seasons and cycles of nature and phases of the moon, and celebrate our divine feminine essence.

We will also spend a morning at nearby Tortugas de Osa, Playa Rio Oro, a sea turtle conservation project, where we will learn about this precious nesting ground and meet the hatchlings making their way to the sea.
